Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak Halloween season (October), processing may take up to 5 business days due to order volume.
Delivery time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Because fulfillment is handled through our wholesale supply partner, delivery times may vary slightly from a typical in-house warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping area We currently ship within the United States only.
Please inspect your package promptly If your order arrives with a shortage, damage, or shipping discrepancy, please report it to us within 5 business days of delivery. Our ability to resolve these issues is tied to a short reporting window with our supplier, so a quick heads-up from you makes a real difference in getting it fixed.
Halloween order deadline To receive your order in time for Halloween, we recommend ordering by October 20. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive by October 31st.
