3. Order acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability from our supplier.

Because inventory is managed by our wholesale partner, occasionally an item may sell out after an order is placed — if this happens, we'll contact you with a refund or substitution option.

5. Intellectual property All site content — including our logo, branding, and original photography — is the property of Wicked & Wanted. Product photography supplied by our wholesale partner remains their property and is used under license.
